What cookies are:
Cookies are small text files that websites visited send to the user's terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone), where they are stored to be retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit.
Types of cookies used:
-
Technical cookies (legal basis: legitimate interest): Essential for the operation of the site, for navigation, for access to reserved areas, and to complete the purchase. They do not require consent.
-
Analytical cookies (with identifiability threshold): Used to collect aggregated information on the number of users and how they visit the site. If the analysis is carried out directly by the Data Controller, no consent is required. If entrusted to third parties (e.g., Google Analytics), consent is required.
-
Profiling and marketing cookies (legal basis: consent): Used to create user profiles to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown during navigation. They cannot be installed without your prior consent. Refusal does not affect navigation.
Consent management:
On first access to the site, a banner compliant with Italian law informs you of the presence of profiling cookies and allows you to:
-
Reject all non-technical cookies (via the corresponding button).
-
Accept all cookies.
-
Customize your preferences (via a "Settings" button that allows you to accept/reject individual cookie categories).
Simple scrolling or continued navigation does not constitute valid consent. Furthermore, refusal must be made as easy as acceptance (buttons of equal visual prominence and size), and closing the banner via the "X" button is equivalent to refusing non-technical cookies [0†L14-L15][5†L30-L31]. You can change your preferences at any time by accessing the banner settings or from the "Cookie Policy" section of our site.
Third-party cookies:
Some cookies are managed by third parties, such as Google (for analytics) or social platforms (for share buttons). Consent for these cookies is managed through the Iubenda platform or equivalent systems, which acts as a technical provider to ensure compliance with ePrivacy and GDPR [0†L18-L21].
