Politica di cancellazione

Before Shipment:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are prepared for shipment. Please send a request to info@ilgiardinosnc.com with your order number to check if cancellation is still possible.

After Shipment:
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal (see section H) within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Pre-order Products:
For pre-order products, cancellation is possible at any time up to 7 days before the scheduled shipping date.
