To help us process your request quickly, please include:

· name and surname;

· order number;

· email address used for the purchase;

· description of the problem;

· any useful photos or documents;

· requested solution, where applicable.

3. COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT

We will examine the request and endeavor to provide an appropriate response using the contact details provided by the customer.

4. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a complaint is not resolved directly, the consumer may, where applicable, contact an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body competent under Italian and European law.

5. RIGHT TO APPEAL TO THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES

Recourse to out-of-court procedures does not limit the consumer's right to appeal to the competent judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.
